Somehow, I went in with my oblivious eyes on and focused on the menu. I ordered a savoury pie slice and a coffee for breakfast, and both were very good. The staff was friendly and totally normal in conversation. My friend who had ordered a hot coffee (easy to write on the lid) saw what was apparently a bible verse on it (Tacos 24:7 type of format). When we all scoffed and laughed at it, both women I was with said they saw numerous items relating to religion and other pushy notions within the store. How did I miss all that?! I must've been crazy hungry. Had I noticed it, I never would've given them my business. Giving 2 stars because on a basic front, the service and food was fine. But y'all, you have got to stop including your idiotic beliefs so prominently in your business. It affects your ratings in a major way. I am currently giving this poor review and will not be a returning customer because of it. Enough already.

Wow...what amazing place and service. I am cycling from Key West to Los Angeles in support of Wounded Warrior Project and came across with this place. The lady there was awesome. She was very kind and polite. I had an amazing and delicious pie called "Texas Trash". Wow....amazing 😃 Pie and customer service 🫡🪖✅️👏👏

More like pie heaven! If you’re anywhere near Round Top, do yourself a favor and make a stop at Royer’s Pie Haven. This cozy little spot feels like stepping into someone’s welcoming front porch—with way better dessert. The star of the show for me was the pecan pie: rich, gooey, perfectly sweet, and loaded with that buttery crunch that only a great pecan pie can deliver. The gal working the counter was just as sweet and was kind enough to share some history on the house. Will definitely be back and will definitely be leaving with more than just a single slice!

The atmosphere here is simply wonderful, just like in Round Top in general. There are lots of trees, nature, plants, and charming, authentic benches and tables. I really enjoyed it here. I soaked in the silence and had a delicious coffee. My friends also had some desserts and pies—they found them delicious. The service was great too—5 out of 5. I’ll definitely come back here someday.
